I'm able use my phone or computer for medication reconciliation services which is very convenient! It's easy enough if someone else can't get into it but sometimes when they are unavailable there seems like some issues getting through as well..

Sometimes have trouble finding things since their system isn’t exactly organized so takes time looking around trying find what information needs found at times!! Other than those few minor points this product works great. Medication Reconciliation has made life easier because now i don;' t always carry paper copies everywhere just being safe about something important such us medications etc.
