After 5 months the pump died out of the blue. Contacted ekwb through Revain for an RMA. Absolutely no response from them through Revain. Contacted EKWB through their website, explained the problem and requested an RMA. I received an email from them asking them to send a video about the device. I explained that the AIO was removed and replaced because the computer couldn't run for more than a few seconds at a time. The computer was needed for study/work the next day. I explained that the pump read -0 RPM no matter which port it was plugged into. Complete radio silence. So do not rely on EKWB to make any guarantees.
