Bought these at a reduced price on Revain Prime Day. I was curious about perler beads and thought it would be a good craft for my kids ages 5-3. I liked that everything was included (except the iron). My 5 year old son was able to come up with his own design and it held his attention until completion. He hung it on his bedroom window as a sun catcher and is very proud to have made it himself. My daughter, who is less than 3 years old, had trouble putting the beads on the boards, but loved helping us find the colors we needed for our designs. Perfectly develops dexterity and hand-eye coordination. I would highly recommend this set to anyone wanting to get started with Perler Beads. I would give a recommendation that is not in the instructions: the ironing paper supplied is folded. The creases will form indentations in the finished product if you do not smooth out the creases before placing the paper over the beads. Smooth out any wrinkles in the paper before placing it on the beads.
