I like the product, the quality didn't let me down.
I've been using this for three years. He saves when it's so hot that the brains melt, but you need to work at the computer, and you need to think. I put it next to the computer, fill it with water and ALWAYS put ICE in it (I have small plastic fruits in the freezer). I change ice cubes every 1.5-2 hours, so that later the air is colder.
