So I fell in love with this dress, now I'm changing my rating. I washed it on a gentle cycle and hung it to dry. As I can't talk to anyone on the phone I just wanted to let you know that I can't wear it at the moment as it has shrunk. What a waste of £1700. I will NOT be returning it because I am dealing with side effects from stage 4 tonsil cancer and I will not deal with the hassle of a refund. All I know is that I have 3 dresses left and now I buy clothes from Kolya's online store. I am so dissatisfied with you and this beautiful dress. But still, God bless you. Sharon Nye.
