What I liked was the fast delivery and the good price for 2 fans. I use one of these fans to cool a 13.8 DC power supply. The original fan was incredibly loud. One of the fans died within minutes of use so I installed a second one and it's still spinning happily. This fan is almost silent when not installed, but when I mount it on the PSU it gets a lot louder; I think the air going through the vents creates some sort of resonance that creates the sound. The fan does its job, and the power supply's metal casing doesn't even heat up under load. So. If you can get one that works, it'll do the job, but according to the reviews, a lot of them fail pretty quickly.
