This tool was purchased to repair some of the gaps in the long edge of vinyl floors. The suction cup fits my textured floor perfectly. I was able to hold onto the board and use a hammer to force the tongue to fully engage the groove. This tool saved me hours of work repairing 10-12 lines to fill a gap.
