Failed to heat up my reptile

This product was a major disappointment. After I put it to the test I realized that it failed to do what it was marketed for. My reptile was shivering IN the cold despite having the lamp on for hours. The only pro was the waterproof feature, which didn't do anything for my pet .I would not recommend this product to anyone in the market for pet supplies in the Terrarium Heat Lamps & Mats category..
