Image quality is great, but build quality is terrible.

This converter uses 4.5W of power and gets very hot. And I mean dangerously hot. so hot that the glue used to pot the board melted and bled, almost sticking to my VGA cable and ruining the non-replaceable VGA cable on my Dell CRT. The picture quality was good, but now I cut off the VGA connector from my monitor and soldered a new one. Stay away!
