I've been looking for really wide and flat Middle Eastern and Persian style kebab sticks for a long time. There is nothing comparable in the local markets. High quality, massive. I can say they are for life. I bought them to make kebabs - the width helps to cook the meat from the inside as well. Very easy to use and clean compared to handle versions. They lie flat on surfaces such as a grill, bowl, etc.
