Very poor design good for cycling

Pros: This backpack was light. It has enough storage space. It is cheap. :Bite Valve - Inside the bite valve is a hard piece of plastic. Unlike other valves, there is nowhere for you to bite. You have to bite between two ribbed pieces of plastic. Don't make the mistake of grabbing the hose when you bite, or you'll be pulling your teeth. Bite Valve - position the valve AWAY from your mouth. When you bring it to your mouth, you need to turn the valve towards you. Sounds like a small thing until you have to contend with a stiff hose that will fight you. Trying to focus on the walk/running/hiking and having to fiddle with it every time becomes a real point of frustration. Hose clamp - The clamp rotates. Again, a minor thing, except you have to look at the clamp every time to see why the hose isn't clamping. Then rotate the clip into position. Do it over and over again and it's no small thing anymore. Adjustment Straps - (depending on your size) One of two things will quickly become apparent during a run/race. The palms of your hands rub against the adjustment strap buckles or the hard ends of the straps. Chest Strap: The position range that you can move the strap up or down depends on your chest maybe a few centimeters. All in all, it's poorly designed for those who plan to use it for anything other than the occasional stroll.
