Review on Lisle 18000 🔧 Camshaft Universal Bearing Tool by Kenkoy Braggs

This tool worked well, a bit of a learning curve for a newbie like me. I would suggest buying an extra set of camshaft bearings if you haven't used these tools before I messed up a pair on the first try as I was just learning how to line up the oil holes in the bearings with the oil holes in the block. There is no flaw in the design of the tools, it's just that I don't have the experience. I'm glad I could do this in my garage and save myself the exorbitant fees charged by the local machine shops. When I was done, I sold the tool for about what I paid for it and recouped my investment. So I learned a thing or two and my camshaft bearings were installed almost for nothing except for my time. But it was an enriching experience. If you need any of these tools, spend an extra coin and get Lisle. Cheap imitations are almost as cheap and, as far as I'm told, poor copies.
