The laptop itself is very nice. I took it off the charger last night and turned it on. Set it up. (The last 4 days it was charging because I wasn't home.) No problems at all. I will use it this morning and it died. I plugged it back in and it doesn't show that it's charging. I tried turning it back on - it won't turn on. The price is great and what not. But the battery is junk. Hopefully it's just the battery. I can't afford to buy another laptop. Update: The seller replied to me immediately! They will send another one as well as a label to send another one back! I am very grateful for the quick reply. Thank you! I look forward to the new one. I grabbed another one and it's ready to go!
