NOT Verizon. This is the limit. So far it's working, but it feels lighter (and cheaper) in hand. The only other gripe is that you can't hold down the volume button to turn it up or down. You need to keep pressing up or down. Not critical, but still annoying. Gave three stars because if it's sold as a Verizon remote, send me a Verizon remote! I even returned the first one hoping the second one would be Verizon but no such luck.
