I suspect they are transporting used

. When I opened the box, there was a cellophane envelope inside, but there was no strap inside. Also, the tape arrived without pins; I had to go through my desk drawer and get pins from an old group to use these. Disappointing. I will no longer deal with SINPY in the future.

Pros
