Mounting sleeve: body and trim

Bought to replace my Ranger truck. While it looks very nice, upon installation I noticed that the mounting sleeve on the underside is made of soft aluminium. When I attempted to install the steel socket head screws into the pre-drilled holes, it didn't take long before I stripped the threads on the bushing. I didn't put excessive force on the screws. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
