The best thing about Maxma was that it gave us an edge over our competitors in terms of customer retention by giving them more value than their counterparts who were using traditional methods to send out promotional emails or text reminders.
It also made sending SMS very easy compared with some others which required you to have your own server infrastructure as well as paying monthly subscription fees! Also I think there are too many features included at one time so sometimes we found ourselves confused trying to figure out what exactly each feature does. However, this can be easily solved if they provide tutorials explaining how everything works together. We realized increased sales after implementing Maxmas services because customers got reminded constantly through various ways like texts/emails etc.
