Great for customer relationship management

The system works, as it should, I have nothing to complain about. It's easy to use and we love how user friendly it can be. It allows us to quickly get responses from all our team members when we need them in regards to our clients' comments. We don't always get enough time to respond to each client's request (we are small business) but by having this app we have increased our response rate. It has helped to build better relationships with our clients and allows us to see which ones require more attention than others.
