Well I don't have a super aggressive cat so she never tries to take the collar off but she has no physical signs of discomfort (other than being grumpy about having to wear the collar) and both collars look absolutely adorable on her. I can always hear where she is because of the bell, which is good, but she's a very quiet cat so she can sneak around without being heard. The pineapple collar is my favorite. I change collars all the time. If it wasn't impractical I would buy all the different fruit designs that had this collar. I only wish it had a larger locket so I could engrave her name and my information.
