This thing is well made from solid aluminum. It's compact but not small and accurate enough to lubricate knife axles. I use the Super Lube brand. I highly recommend it. It is a viscous pure silicone oil. Despite some other reviews, the oiler does not leak anywhere. I use it every day. Because my oil is thick, I have to press the pen button multiple times to release a full drop of oil. This gives me the ability to apply a small amount of oil to a specific spot. I only have to press the button once or twice to apply a small drop of oil. Photos and descriptions are true. This is the perfect addition to my tool box. I can and will recommend it to a friend.
