The best thing about this software is that you can connect with your customers through different channels like social media platforms or email marketing tools etc., for gathering more information from them which helps us understand customer behavior better than any other method available at present times! I have not found anything bad so far as i am using its services since 2 years now but if there are some bugs then definitely we will contact support service regarding same cause no doubt our product would be fixed up soon enough without delay!! You must try out because nothing else works well when compared side wise.
