Great working relationship, Very Responsive

Luminati is a great company to work with. They are very responsive and easy to work with. The support team is always willing to help. They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to answer any questions you have. The software is very easy to use. It is a great tool for collecting data from your customers. Easy to use, affordable and most importantly it really does help in understanding users' behaviours

The best thing about this software is that you can connect with your customers through different channels like social media platforms or email marketing tools etc., for gathering more information from them which helps us understand customer behavior better than any other method available at present times! I have not found anything bad so far as i am using its services since 2 years now but if there are some bugs then definitely we will contact support service regarding same cause no doubt our…
