Review on Orion Telescopes & Binoculars by Charlie Maadhadians

My enthusiasm for astronomy led me to Orion Telescopes & Binoculars, where I was able to make my first acquisition of a telescope. On the other hand, the poor customer service that I experienced was a disappointment to me. The employees gave off the impression that they weren't interested in assisting me in selecting the appropriate apparatus, and the educational materials that were made available were of no use to me. In spite of their assertions that they would provide assistance, I was left feeling frustrated and unsupported throughout the entire process. My experience was significantly hindered by the absence of adequate customer support, despite the fact that the quality of the equipment itself was satisfactory. Orion Telescopes & Binoculars do not fall into my category of recommended products.
