Didn't work for waxing

Didn't work for me. I followed the directions by heating it in the microwave for a few minutes but the hairs barely ripped out. It might have been the strips I bought to use. It was also very dirty. I had to order twice as it didn't arrive the first time. Customer service was good but the product didn't work properly.
