Review on 🏠 Deluxe Living World Habitat by Nicole Cook

I have a bunny that is expected to grow to a medium/large size when he grows up. When we bought her about a week ago, the guy at the pet store told us that a cage two feet long and one foot wide would be big enough for her, even as an adult. Upon doing a little research, I realized to my great disdain how wrong he was. We already bought a cage but decided to upgrade it right away to get the previous cage back. I started researching and realized that this cage had to be big enough. I read the reviews all of which were reassuring and we took the plunge to get this large cage. I was nervous about ordering from this supplier as it wasn't Revain themselves but it was the only way to get the cage quickly. We ordered the cage on March 27th and it should arrive between April 1st and 3rd. I was incredibly happy when on March 29th a FedEx employee knocked on our door and presented us with the giant box containing this cage. climbed into the box and pulled out all the parts, then stopped and stared at the cage's massive base. It didn't take long to assemble, although the instructions could have been clearer. Immediately after assembling it, I realized that this cage will be big enough for my rabbit even if it grows into an adult rabbit and we add a tray to the cage. There is so much space that she can stretch out comfortably on the floor. I was worried that the entrance would be too big for my little bunny (he's quite high off the ground) but she jumped over the entrance with no problem. The stairs to the food bowl are also a bit steep, which we couldn't fix, but she was able to jump on them with no problem. The platform is a bit steep if a rabbit needs to use it, and the hay basket simply clips to the side of the cage - if you need to put hay in and remove the hay basket, you have to accept the fact that the hay is going to go everywhere. Oh yeah, the bedding has also gotten a lot more expensive due to the bottom needing a bit of padding, but if she potters me it gets better because I don't have to change the bedding as often anymore. Still, I love this cage. ! It's huge (so much so that my 6'3" 220lb friend fits in - see pic), sturdy, well made and a cute cage for my bunny. I definitely feel like I made the perfect decision when I bought this cage! PS - my bunny loves his new cage too! She goes further in and does mini binks. Obviously the extra space is very popular.
