I have bought several styles of these shoes over the years and have returned them all. This one actually stayed. I bought this for my husband who has cold feet after being on his feet all day at work. He usually uses a hair dryer pointed at his legs so I figured it would be better. According to him, it takes a long time to heat up. So long that the first 3 times he used it, he threw it away thinking it wouldn't work. We talk maybe 15 minutes. It stays decently warm at its highest temperature, but can get a lot hotter, he says. The inside slides out to wash and judging by the size it seems a bit small. He wears a size 10 shoe, so a size 12 might be too small.
