Wife is a teacher and uses a quality speaker and sounds good. The microphone has various carrying/holding/mounting options. She wears it on her head and the transmitter around her waist, and the Bluetooth receiver plugs into one of the speaker's exposed microphone jacks. There's no Bluetooth in the speaker, but this unit offers both broadcast and Bluetooth reception and it sounds good. She has a Bluetooth receiver permanently plugged in next to her speaker and the charger has two cords (one for the receiver and one for the transmitter) and she plugs in the transmitter during breaks in class. So it's constantly charging between performance times. Works fine this way This product looked exactly like what I was able to get at the local store (exactly the same) and about three times cheaper.
