This offers excellent sound quality for the price, although sometimes you can pick up unwanted ambient noise, but you have to pay significantly more to avoid this problem. It has a decent range before signal loss. The sound was surprisingly good. Very clearly! It took a couple of hours to charge and lasted three full workouts. About 5 plus hours. The assembly is solid, nothing seems fragile. This microphone is a good buy.

I had the mic for almost a year when it stopped working. It had a bad contact when we bought it but it worked fine so we weren't worried about that. However, after a year it must have loosened inside and no longer work. I emailed the seller to see what I should do, they responded within minutes and offered to replace the mic entirely! Received the package within a week or so and works great. Happy with the microphone and happy with the customer service!

Bought last week and the U splitter (needed if you want to use it with your smartphone) was not included. Sent back and ordered again and the second time the U-shape splitter is not in the box. It is clearly listed as one of the included items and mentioned in the instructions. You cannot call customer service and you cannot call Revain during the pandemic. Very frustrating. I relied on making videos for my business and now I'm stuck making them with no microphone and crappy sound quality.

Easy to use and good functionality. It comes with a headset as well as a lavalier microphone. Note that there are no audio snippets to listen to, only microphones. Only 5 pieces which is very good.
