I like that it is very flexible, can be used for any type of business and with few clicks you have an automatic system to send out mass emails or newsletters to your customers or clients in real time. You can use several templates so as not to duplicate sending the same message over and over again to different recipients. Also we are saving money in sending email campaigns because now we don't need to pay expensive services every month anymore. There isn't much to dislike when using this platform but maybe if there would be more options then our inbox could become full faster than expected by us. Sending automatic emails to subscribers without having them actually click on anything and also increasing sales with no additional actions needed from our end.
