This is by no means an ugly sweater. The pattern is on both front and back and if you look on the inside, the colors are the reverse of the right side - the finish is great and there are no hanging bits of yarn. The color is a perfect Christmas red and the yarn is the fine weight yanr you expect in high end sweaters. This is a sweater that will easily dress up or down,The reason I subtracted a star is because of the fit. I wear either an XL or XXL but this sweater is a bit more fitted than most. I ordered the XXL hoping it would drape more, but id didn't. I am 5'2" and this sweater is tunic lenght so having it a bit more roomy would have made it perfect.
