Bought this because all of my TENs pads seem to wear out fast, even if I clean my skin first and wet the pads after each use. This stuff it amazing and makes them stay sticky for a lot longer. But I have noticed it takes more than 3 drops per pad, but maybe the ones I use are larger than typical pads. I’ve you use medium-large pads for shoulders and back, expect to go through it quicker.

The gel works great and isn't too messy. You don't need to use very much so it goes a long way. Overall the pads look like new after numerous uses. The gel will pay for itself over time and you don't have to keep buying new pads.An added benefit is that the pads come off easily with out the (pad) gel coming off or getting stretched or dirty. Careful use will extend the life of your pads significantly.

I don't necessarily agree with the claim of three dots equals 3 weeks of adhesiveness/longevity in your electrode. I think it depends on how many times you move it around and restick it, versus the length of time the stickiness. I move my electrodes from different areas to different areas and I would say I get at least 5 more good sticks out of them before I feel I need to reapply it. The secret to using this product is to follow the directions. I use 3 small drops on a 2 x2 pad and 2 small drops on the smaller pads. After applying the drops to the pads I spread it smoothly with the my forefinger and place the pad overnight on the plastic storage sheet that comes with the pads.You must leave it overnight otherwise it will be too sticky to use and it will not work as well for you.Will buy it again when needed.

This is my 4th bottle. I use my 'TENS pads' for 4-5hours when I need to. The original adhesive fails at this point. A few drops of TENSeXtends, let dry and place back on plastic and I can use the pads 4-5 more days like this. Thank you.

Great product where you only need a little of the product to keep your TENS unit pads sticking like new - much better than needing to buy new pads - has worked great so far!

Seems almost like colored water, barely sticky at all.wanted to use it to stick tens electrode on after original adhesive was removed.Did not do much at all.

Nothing worked for me. I tried adding only a little, then I tried a thicker application, then something in the middle. I tried using it right away, letting it sit for 24 hours, 48 hours, and then a week. Nothing I tried extended the life of the electrodes I use. Bummer!

This stuff isn't glue. It seems to be more of a product that renews the glue that is on your pad already. I'm not sure how it works, but it WORKS GREAT! It is super easy to use, but you have to do it the night before so it has time to activate. Follow the instructions and you will be pleased to get many more uses out of your electrode pads. They come off cleanly, leaving no residue behind after use. they are good for several uses before reapplying.

This product vastly extended the working life of my electrode pads for much less than the cost of replacement pads. Highly recommend!

This is not an adhesion gel at all. You use this gel AFTER using the electrode pads, to store. They cannot be used unless they sit on their plastic storage slips overnight. Was expecting to be able to use this right away. Will see if they extend the life of my electrode pads. but the title and description needs to be corrected to reflect their actual use.

I use a Cefaly device for migraines and the pads are significantly expensive for refills. This has let me use one pad for several months with no problems.

I've rated this 4 stars because I haven't actually seen the results yet. I've used the adhesive to re-stick my electrodes but I'm waiting to test the adhesion. I believe that the product will work as its advertised. But I wanted to give an HONEST review. As I rely on these myself sometimes. You know, be helpful for someone else that might be wanting to buy but not sure.

I actually applied a few drops of this on top of adding a little bit of regular water based ultrasound gel first. I let it dry longer (48 hours) since I had also added additional regular gel. It worked really well and definitely allowed me to reuse "depleted" electrode pads . Better than new.

Exactly what i wanted. Something to make my pads sticky again. Now i don't have to buy new pads as often. That's my feedback.

I was very skeptical on if this product would work on the TENS pads, followed the instructions and tried them them day after. Originally the pads were barely sticking but now they stick like they are brand new.

The product has decent adhesion, is alright to apply, but unfortunately the smell was terrible. I recommend not using your hands for application, or it will leave a really nasty smell on them as a result.

My husband uses a tens and EMS unit. When he uses the electrodes, they transfer to his clothes when he is active. Due to this, the electrodes do not adhere after the first use. The electrodes are too expensive to replace after one use. Applying the adhesive is easy to use. Put a couple of drops on the electrode and spread it to cover the whole surface, then place where is it needed immediately. This will make the electrode stick like it is new. I am so glad to find this product! I was discouraged by the price of the official replacement sticky pads for my Omron PM311 and this stuff is perfect. I put 4-6 drops right on the old Omron pad, smeared it around, stuck them to my hard plastic Omron storage plate, then exposed them to air for half a day and they were ready to go. I have used them 4 times now with no need to re-apply the stick-em drops. I think this product would work for any TENS unit.
