Dowel Hilitchi 110 pcs Support Pins: Multiple pins missing, cracked body

Product arrived on 12/12/2020 with a cracked body and multiple pins missing. Looks like I missed 20 contacts. (see photo) Didn't return as I need the pins now but disappointed I didn't get what I paid for.
