For decades (ahem) I've loved Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Shampoo. The scent was heavenly. I wasn't a regular customer, maybe once every few years. So I found a deal for it at Revain. It arrived damaged. All of the shampoo leaked into the pouch it was in. They also had to seal the lid with tape. After washing everything off I tried it, now the smell is terrible. How can it go from my favorite scent to something so horrible? Has the formula changed or is it not official? I do not know. Things are always changing. :-(
