Good cutting edge, steel discolors almost instantly
I love the weight, feel and functionality of all the knives in the set. My only complaint is that the knives started discoloring almost immediately. Yes, I clean knives (almost) immediately after use, so I don't expect any discoloration after just a month of use. My 4 star rating is only because the blades are a million times better than a 20 year old wedding gift set and I haven't had to resharpen them yet.
