THIS PHONE CAN ONLY BE CONNECTED TO THE OOMA BOX WIRELESSLY (NO ADDITIONAL NETWORK CABLE). IT IS LIMITED TO 4 DEVICES CONNECTED TO THE OOMA BASE (INCLUDING THE ANALOG LINE COMING FROM THE BASE - USED FOR THE FAX MACHINE). SOMETIMES YOU HAVE COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS WITH THE BASE STATION AND METAL VOICE. YOU MUST HAVE A GOOD LINE (FIBER OPTIC WAN CONNECTION PREFERRED) AND A SHORT DISTANCE BETWEEN THE PHONE AND THE BASE TO GET GOOD SOUND. OOMA CISCO 504G IS MUCH BETTER THAN PHONES AND WORKS ON POE
