Bought 3 devices from Ooma only to find out these phones are in "beta testing" but activate them anyway so they can be used. We are now on our 6th day and none of the phones connect properly to the base, everyone in tech support (call center) says they don't have information on how to set up DP1 and the e-mails to tech support go unanswered. I'll return them if they can't be used for the general public, but perhaps they should be removed by Revain as they shouldn't be released to the public.

I have had Ooma for many years and am mostly happy with it. However, I had some issues that I thought buying this Ooma DP1 phone would solve. I have two phone numbers using Ooma, with a Telo device and Linx for two separate phone lines. They have been connected to my two-line landline at my house for many years. I can press Line 1 or Line 2 on my 2-line landlines and make or receive calls on either line. Fax never worked as intended on Linx so my Line 2 is set to Telo as I have found that faxes
