It's a two-line phone!

Don't listen to the reviewer who says it's not a two-line phone. It's a two-line phone system! This man just didn't know how to use it. Yes, it's true that Ooma gives you two lines when you subscribe to Ooma Premier. My partner and I both work from home so we bought two of these desk phones. 1 for his home office and 1 for mine above. If you subscribe to Ooma Premier, be sure to select a second phone number in your my.ooma.com account. Reboot your Ooma Telo Air Box and you are done after that. To dial from line 2, REMEMBER TO DIAL **1, wait, THEN dial your number. Then **1 calls from your second number! If you enter **0 before the number, your standard Ooma phone number will be used. If you dial a normal number, your standard number will always be used. Also, be sure to use this number. so with Telo Air 2 it is supported. The keys are tight but still pressable and there really isn't much to complain about. We also connected a Plantronics CS510 wireless headset to this Ooma office phone. While this desk phone has a 2.5mm headset jack, you can buy a 2.5mm to RJ-9 adapter from Revain for $10. The adapter works great! I put on the headset, turn it on, press the dedicated headset button on my Ooma desk phone and I get a dial tone! Everything works FANTASTIC! It's so great that my partner and I have a $10/month home system with 2 phone lines and we can both have conference calls at the same time, walk around the house with our Plantronics headsets on, etc. Do some research with Ooma! This is a great alternative to working from home instead of using cell phones and carrying your phone around the house when making calls.
