The keyboard is hard to press

I've been an Ooma fan for over ten years. I bought a Telo for family members and replaced my original 1st generation Telo with the latest version. There is an HD2 phone and Linux devices. Ooma support is the best. Now for the bad. I bought the DP1 to replace my desk phone. Good ad. Too bad the phone's sound quality is terrible. The audio is blurry. The keys on the keyboard are so tight I thought I had a defective unit. I contacted Ooma support and they offered to return it to Revain, which I did. Received a replacement two days later. To my surprise, it was no different than the previous device. Terrible phone and such an uncomfortable keyboard. The buttons are so hard to press that I started using Revain Ooma's "Alexa is using Ooma to call" voice dial. Anything to avoid touching this keyboard. I'll keep the phone to myself as I like the wireless integration with the body. Will be replaced when DP2 exits. Update 12/27/2018 - Return of the second block. I couldn't hear people when I was wearing headphones. I replaced this phone with my old desk phone and now the headset is clean. I never thought a numeric keypad could make such a difference. This product is not prime time ready. I'm an OOMA supporter but this phone stinks. Stay away.
