As mentioned in the previous review, the ball bearing in the installer is junk. It collapses and creates a large void in the ball with each use. Net result, you need to replace the ball bearing after 6-7 uses. Judging by the photo, the remover doesn't hold either. Photo after 5 applications. FYI, try to get warranty support from the seller, forget it. This is probably the worst purchase I've made from Revain.
