Light cool shoes! in my opinion
This shoe is so light yet supportive. This is great for those who want to shave a few seconds off their running time since you don't have a heavier shoe holding you back. However, if you require strong arch support, this shoe is not for you. It's also a great show to just wear around town. Comfortable. Great on foot.

- Light water hiking shoes make water crossings and muddy terrain more manageable.

- Not suitable for people with foot problems
