It fits, BUT.: my feedback
I am 213 pounds, 5'7" and have size 38 DDD breasts. Reading other reviews, I decided to purchase a 2XL. It fits but I can't fasten it. Maybe that's because it's not a snap on the crotch, but buttons that need to be fastened. I think you may need someone to help you fasten it if you have a longer torso.
