My experience with cheap Chinese electronics that I've bought from Revain over the years hasn't been great, so I'm happy to report that they - at least at the moment - works very well and has a solid built feel to it. I've only used it for a couple of hours, but the battery life seems pretty good, and the tiny fan blades can blow out a surprising amount of air. means, but on a hot day when the breeze isn't blowing, it moves enough air to change your comfort level. The neck is flexible, the fit is adjustable. That should make it usable for people ranging from the skinny to the University of Alabama football linemen. My only criticism of the design is that I think the vents could have been rotated inwards a bit to allow more air to reach your neck and less air to be lost. Overall I would say it exceeded my expectations.
