I have been very fortunate to use plant-based amino acids, mainly to make up for my body's lack of essential amino acids. Little did I know that this product would also increase my performance and recovery time. In addition, the product is organic and does not contain any synthetic derivatives. I've just resumed my exercise program after sustaining a nerve injury in a car accident. I need all the support I can get and this product contains both 9 Essential Amino Acids and 9 Essential Amino Acids in their raw form! The only downside for me with this product is taking 6 pills at a time. As the pills are not large I think it would be easier to increase the size (slightly) and recommend a few smaller pills. Other than that, this product is straight to the point! I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health through fitness!
