This is a truly awesome case. The case is aesthetically pleasing and feels nice to hold because of the rubber-like material. There are also some indentations in the back that increase the grippability. The case can cleverly mount your iPad in 2-3 different positions. The cutouts have also been done well, although sometimes I wish that there was material covering the left side of the iPad when the flap is folded back. This area in exposed while in use. The areas for the lightning port, speakers, volume rockers, and power button are also exposed. I would feel that my iPad were better protected if these areas were covered. Also, the lighter colors become stained after some time. However, these are minor issues. The build quality of this case exceeds the build quality of the smart cover and the price is just right.
