Much better. My kites climbed into the water otherwise it would get muddy and dirty. It was so hard to clean up. It's small, comfortable and clean

So the product itself is AMAZING. I have previously bought one from Chewy and it works great, perfect for reptiles when you have to go away for the weekend or if they have a body that is prone to water evaporating. BUT the one I ordered here on Amazon came without a base. So it's just a plastic can. Useless.

This item arrived broken and only then did I realize that you cannot return the item. Do not buy. frustrated that I can't return what the plastic cracked. I never thought to check the return policy. The description was correct but cracked and the seller does not allow returns. So I have no more money.

Bought this to keep my hermit crab hydrated while on vacation. The water tank is the right size and the water basin has just enough rim to keep the coco coir in the tank out of the basin, but not so steep that the hermit crab can't get in. I put a natural sponge in a basin. My crab seems to really enjoy splashing around in the water.

The water bowl section is a little small for my beard and the bottle is a bit finicky and has to be force screwed into the base but other than that it works well and is good. Price. I would recommend this product for something simple that gets the job done. Note: It has a small staircase leading outside made for a Polly Pocket sized creature, no idea what it's for but it made me laugh.

Bought for my hedgehog a few months ago. I used to have a metal stemmed water bottle, it was pretty noisy and he chewed on the metal, which wasn't good for his teeth. He's been drinking a lot more water since he put it on. With a large capacity bottle I don't have to refill it as often and it's very easy to clean with plastic utensils. I would recommend this product to anyone who has small animals.

I bought it on January 3 and have been using it ever since. I bought a hedgehog as hanging bottles aren't really made for that. He loves to. I was afraid it would be too small to drink from, but not at all. I don't feel like it's completely full just to know it needs to be changed more often. We bought this tank for our iguana just before we went on vacation. We knew our neighbor would come to our house twice a day to take care of him, but we wanted him to always have fresh water as he loves to swim in his large, shallow stone bowl. This works great because part of the bowl isn't big enough to dip in and he uses it primarily as a potion. His large slab of rock gets thrown out and refilled twice a day, but he likes to play in it, so the tank does the job.

This is a Lifesaver. I can leave water in a leopard gecko tank for days. I used to have to refill a small plate at least once a day due to evaporation (especially with underfloor heating). He can easily reach the water and the plate is shallow enough not to drown. I've been using it for a few years now with no problems. Note: It cannot be washed in the dishwasher.
