DOA. That does not work. The receiver doesn't work at all. Can't turn off the light. Without fan

DOA. That does not work. The receiver doesn't work at all. The light is on all the time but doesn't go out. No fan. The board seems to work great. Update: got replacement via Revain - works very well. Something was wrong with the remote control or the receiver of the first device. I contacted the company and they were willing to help! I use Edison LED bulbs and they can be replaced with the cage. It doesn't need to be removed. The fan is very quiet. It would be nice if you could buy a second remote control.
