Glorified Plate - Cookware Accessory

Tried to use three times. My meat (and I've tried several types (beef, chicken, and a bag of leftovers of this or that we forgot to label) and it didn't thaw any sooner than if I had just left it on a standard plate on the looks good looking and such. There weren't any instructions so I just went by the picture on the box. I am a person who regularly forgets to defrost food which is a habit these days but NO I expect the groceries I buy online to be fix my life and we gave up after a few hours of waiting.
