Now that there are so many options for essential amino acid foods, the number is growing. EAAs have become very popular in the last year or two and it can be difficult to choose one. Innovapharm has done a really good job here. The EAAs it contains are very well dosed, especially lysine and threonine - up to 2 g each! I don't think I dosed EAA that much, at least with these two. This covers all 9 EAAs as it should. I have seen some EAA products that are missing an item. Each scoop contains 5 grams of leucine, which seems like overkill to me. I mainly use this during my workouts and they can last anywhere from an hour to an hour and 45 minutes. Even if you had a three hour workout, I don't see a need to consume that much leucine in that time frame. Personally, I think 3-3.5 grams is enough during or after a workout, and anything beyond that is a waste of time. So good for me! That's 30 servings, which I turn into about 45 servings. I use about 60% scoops mixed with about 16 ounces of water. This stuff has a strong flavor, so just over half a 16-ounce scoop is fine with me! It doesn't taste bad at all, but it just isn't well balanced for an orange, mango, and grapefruit combo. Grapefruit is quite far ahead of orange and mango, of which I can only see hints. It blends great no matter how you dilute it. With any BCAA/EAA product it will never mix where nothing will settle to the bottom after sitting for a few minutes. So just shake it up a bit before drinking it at the gym. As a side note, when I first got it I wanted to test a full scoop, so I mixed 1 scoop with 20 ounces of water and it tastes pretty much the same as mine. mentioned above, only stronger in grapefruit flavor. The only other small minus I can point out is the price. $40 for 30 servings is a lot of money for a workout product for some people, myself included. Even if it is an EAA product. When purchasing an EAA product, I try not to pay more than $35 for it if it has 30 servings. Since I get about 50 servings with it, I'm less strict with the price. However, I suspect many who purchase this will use 1 scoop per workout. Overall, you simply can't go wrong with this product. Unless you use it judiciously and aren't primarily grapefruit flavored. I drank half of the bath and got tired of the taste. I don't know, maybe it's me. Everyone has different taste buds, so taste is subjective. I hope everyone who buys this gets the best balance of flavors. I give it 4.5 stars out of 5. I've rounded it up to 5 as I genuinely think it's one of the best EAA products available. Probably two of my favorite EAA products are EAA Max from Primeval Labs and the recently released Nutrabio Alpha EAA. You simply can't go wrong with the EAA Max. All the flavors are great and the formula is simple but effective. Alpha EAA is my favorite EAA product. This Strawberry Lemon Bomb is a bee's knees! And it's loaded not only with EAAs, but also with hydration and focus (nootropics). Just thought I'd add these two as an alternative for those looking for EAA. Lift hard or not at all!
