No parts list. There are no detailed instructions. Everything is available online in 2020, but there is no website to contact this company to download instructions. You have to guess how it fits together. I spent an hour contacting the company. The best I've been able to get so far is a string of Chinese characters in response to my request for help. No thanks to WIPYU or whatever your company is called. Pack up and send back to Revain for them to take care of. Discouraging. UPDATE: I finally got the thing installed. Yes, she looks great. Yes, it works wonderfully. Not too much light for the room, to match the ceiling fan/bulb it replaced. Yes, the three lighting options (amber light / bright light / soft light) are excellent. Yes, the fan is quiet and produces great air. , and it's fun to watch them expand and contract. The installation took over 6 hours of trial and error. Two steps forward, one step back. I *think* that this is the correct screw/bolt/part etc, I can't tell because we don't have a parts list. No, we should take it off and do this instead. No that is not correct. Etc. It would be much easier with a guide. And a parts list/instructions would solve everything.
