The ease of creating custom reports for clients, the ability to export all custom reports in one place, and the ability to import multiple files for easy management. I wish there was an easier way to add notes to surveys/customers and then later edit those notes. It would be great if you could do this easily from within the software itself as opposed to having to open up Excel or Google Docs. Also, it would be nice to have a better way of adding additional questions when exporting to CSV. Some of our clients use Excel, so we need a way to import their data into Epic without them needing to re-enter their responses. This has been a huge help! We've been able to create a lot more customized reports and get out feedback quickly, which is very helpful. We're also seeing some really powerful results with our customers.
